"When first talked to Suzanne, she had stated she wanted a patio pressure washed, one spot on the house, and a few rust spots on the driveway. When I arrived the entire (large driveway) was covered. After I had showed her how the patio, side of house turned out she was very happy with it, I had explained to her that I can get some of the rust stains off but not all of them, that they would require much more work if she wanted them completely removed. She requested I go ahead and do the best I can. I also had her take a look when I was finished, before I left and she was happy with it."
"Before I had left I showed the customer the area with residue left which was caused by grilling close too the house, the siding was coated with grease. An area like that needs much more work to get off then scheduling a regular extra pressure clean. The light was not broken it was a trim ring that broke and the plastic was so brittle from it being outside for 15 plus years. My services are to help clean the exterior of the home not to be used as a puppet to update your light fixtures."
