Glass Doctor

The price was great. We had a large double pane picture window and a double pane bedroom raise up window to replace. Others I called seemed uncertain about the project. Glass Doctor was confident on the phone and gave me confidence that they knew what they were doing. They came out and measured. Then went back to their workplace to make the replacements. A few days later they came and put them in. Everything was done perfectly. They cleaned up everything. At the same time I found that they also did car windshield repair. So I got that done too. The guy came out to my workplace and fixed it in the parking lot. He did a good job.

When scheduling the person on the phone said the tech would call in the morning to arrange a time to come, this was not the case. the tech did call, but said he would call 30 mins before he arrived. This is very inconvient. The tech called and came. Did a good job as far as I can tell. He forget to clean up the big pieces of glass in the house. And I was refered to as "young lady". I may not be old, but I do have a name. First or last will do. Over all I was pleased with the service.

Though selected and deposit made job not yet complete. Should be completed in next few days. Will finish this rating when the job is done

Glass doctor did a great job. I would use them again for additional glass needs.

The project was completed on time and on budget. They were more expensive than the competition but I decided to go with their noted reputation. I believe the higher price was worth it.
