Person who replaced two windows was a pro- he did an excellent job!!!

The manufacturer sent the wrong size window three times. Window Dr rep measured and provided me with the proper size. After the job was completed, they billed me for all the trip charges. I worked with a manager/owner and met them in the middle.

I emailed everyone on the list and they are they only ones that responded. They responded very quickly and were able to come out for an estimate in a timely manner. The glass replacement only took about a week and a half.

Professional, friendly, gave me an estimate and stuck to it, no additional charges. I thought I would have to replace the entire window and they were able to replace just the broken glass. I did not get an invoice as I was not home when they installed the glass but called to ask for one and had it by email in less than 5 mins. Will recommend to my friends if they need glass work.

A little late but quickly replaced 3 cracked windows, and friendly and professional.

They have not yet installed the windows. But what concerns me is that they bullied me into taking their "membership" which cost $179.00 so that I could get the work done at a "reduced" rate. This is the second company I have hired to do work in my home in Minnesota that has done this. I don't know if this is a legal practice but it is quite concerning to me because to me either you can do the work for a certain price or you can't. The next contractor who comes to my home and does this I will not hire. I do not believe this is good business practice and to me I feel bullied into becoming a member/

They did the job they were hired for

professional, on time, considerate of surroundings, completed work expeditiously, cleaned up. on the pricey side, but excellent quality. still waiting for an invoice even though they've been paid.

The service techs were great, on time, good price, did great work and left me really feeling good about selecting them for the job.

I had a cracked thermopane window, approx 18x42. It was $367 to replace the glass. When it was finished there were many shards of broken glass all over the BEDROOM carpet. I picked up several larger pieces and sucked up many more with the vac. Obviously no tarp was put down. There was also lots of glass in the rocks under the window. The quarter round outside the window was broken when they took out the glass. They had to come back later to replace it. They nicely replaced the two sides, but left the OLD (37 yrs) 18" piece on the bottom edge. This didn't look very good, What would that small piece of 1/4 round cost??? NOT VERY MUCH. And considering the cost of the repair. When I mentioned this to the person in the office, she said it wasn't their policy to replace anything they didn't break......I understand policy, but common sense would/should make any rational repairman want to give a nice finish to a glass replacement.

We had a broken window pane that needed to be replaced. Their quote to replace was higher than another company, but since the other company dropped the ball entirely we decided to go with Glass Doctor. They quoted us 12-14 days. 3 weeks later I called several times to find out when the window would be replaced and they said they could be there the following week. They came out to do the work, but the window was cut to the wrong size. They installed it anyway and ordered a new window. We had to wait another 2+ weeks and it was finally installed today. Finally the work is done.

great service, felt it was a little spendy but I have nothing to compare it with.

Work was done in a timely manner with a reasonable price. Very polite and cleaned up the work area.
