I found Servicemagic online in the evening and filled out the form as to what our problem was. 8:30 the next morning, we had two phone calls from professionals willing to come out and look at our problem. We went with the first one, he checked it out, and took care of it in about 5 days. He was knowledgeable and courteous and fixed our problem quickly. I thought the charge was a little high for what had to be done, but I would definitely recommend them for household problems that need some expertise to fix.

We were told that we would be first job at 0800 since I had to get to work no later than 1000. He arrived at 0920 and finished up after 1000 so did not get to work until 1100. Did not clean up all the glass on my garage floor. It was raining so he worked in the garage. Had I known I was not going to get to work when I needed to, I would have scheduled it on a different day. I will not use them again since I have had better service from others.
