Comment: I hired the Glass Doctor to replace a home window that was broken and to have the new window tinted to match the other windows. A technician came out and replace the window but did not replace the edge tabs that hold the window in place and seal the window, saying the window tinting company (that is sub contracted not performed by this company as you're led to believe on their web site) would replace it when they are done tinting the window. Instead of the sub contracted tinting company coming out to look at the job, they kept calling me to take pictures of the window and adjacent windows and email them the pictures because it was too far for them to "just come out for one customer" (Approx 25 miles). After they received the pictures, they scheduled a technician to come to my home and tint the windows. They cancelled their appointment 2 times because one of the other customers they had scheduled for that day did not return their call, which I did. They explained that it was (again) too far for them to just come out to my area for only one customer. So if you do everything they ask , you are still at the mercy of other customers to do the right thing in order to get the service you paid for. After a couple of weeks getting the run around, I called the Glass Doctor back to have them come out and finish the trim around the window because there was an obvious draft coming from around the window so bad my blinds would move. My contact person through Homeadvisor for Glass Doctor was apparently only a scheduler. When I tried calling him back, again and again, I kept getting the same answer. He's only a scheduler and has nothing to do with the repairs. Needless to say the final repairs were never made and I had to pay out of pocket for someone else to come and finish the job they were incapable of making themselves.
