Was rescheduled by Glass Doctor 3 times over the course of 3 weeks with no explanation given. Eventually had to cancel. Can never get a hold of anyone besides a call center who promises to ?pass your concerns along?. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company.

I had a cracked windshield. I My Son looked them up on the computer. I called for a new replacement and was scheduled the next morning. Workers Roger and Armando showed up on time and did a GREAT job. I am VERY pleased.

The gentlemen that replaced my 3 window panes did excellent work. They were extremely polite and put everything back that had to be moved. Very nice to be able to talk to them as well. I will definitely call Glass Doctor of Cypress if I have any glass related work that needs worked on..

They originally ordered the wrong size window and had to re-order the correct on. There wasn't much communication on the process to the point where I had to be the one calling and checking in. I wish they would have communicated more what was going on. I also wish they would have given me more than a $10 discount for my inconvenience. The work itself, seems to be working properly though.
