I hired this company over 2 years ago to replace the whole window in my living room. Cost me $900 and I just found out a couple of weeks ago that the window frame when the whole window replacement for the windows was not even ordered this was 2 years ago. I kept calling and calling they called me over about 2 months ago and said that they got a lot of Windows in and they were going to see if mine was in there and they were going to call me and let me know when it was going to be delivered never got a call back I kept calling they kept giving me the run around and then finally a couple of weeks ago the owner answered the phone and then he calls me back and tells me that unfortunately the window was never ordered this was 2 years ago!!! I would not recommend this company at all I am highly disappointed!!!!

While they did lose my initial appointment, they did take care of the problem and the technician did a great job on the install. I would just recommend making sure all involved understand what is wanted and double verify your appointments.

Communication was great. They always answered the call, never put me on hold, and made multiple reminders for appointments. The techs who came to the house were professional. I particularly valued that they gave me a 15-30 minute heads up before arriving, so I could stay at work instead of waiting at my house during a 3-hour window only for a tech to show up late like some contractors. The window looks like new, and I would use them again.

The installer arrived late and did not tell us he would be late until he was already past scheduled time. Gave a time frame and still arrived 20 minutes after that time. Had to come back again because of debris left on window that we could not get off.
