Mr. Glass is a wonderful man! Our job was small, so he did it himself when he came for the appraisal.....and after looking at our roof that we thought needed replacing, he said it was in good enough shape that he would give us a warranty on it for several more years----and put it in writing! He is the most caring, considerate, and attentive person we've ever met. Our roof does NOT leak anymore!

Completely unprofessional. I cannot describe my dissatisfaction w/ this service. What should have been a quick/easy project turned out to be an elongated, more expensive job that was not completed as it should have been. Mr. Glass was more interested in idle chit-chat than actually doing the job & even made reference to "I'm glad we're not working by the hour" because he was too busy running his mouth than actually working; doing the job he was hired to do. The quality of the workmanship: poor. The quality of the professionalism: poor. I was ripped off at best. Not at all recommended.

Initial response was quick and the work was completed in less than a week. He did exactly what we discussed when he came to give the estimate and we didn't feel like we were being pressured to have unnecessary work done.

It was a horrible experience. Rickey Glass ( owner) I saw him once. When he took my money. He did not finish all the items in the contract. He sent two young men that DID NOT know what they were doing. Painting the French Doors took three days. Many of the repairs were NOT done and the ones that were were done INCORRECTLY. THEY PUT SLOW CLOSER HINGES ON MY KITCHEN cabinets WRONG HINGES. INSTEAD OF TAKING THE BATHROOM DOOR OFF to shave off the top so the door could close, the Hines were taken off and moved. Which was a disaster because now I had to get NEWhinges that were not the right ones so they were hung in away that you can see in the bathroom thro the hinge. I'm so digusted with this. I told him it was a big job, just small, nuisance jobs. He never came to check the work or call. I'd NEVER USE HIM AGAIN.

Mr. Glass came and gave me an estimate on replacing rotten wood around some windows. I gave him a deposit of $445.00 and said he would return the next day to do the work. He was a no show and did not call. In the 15 days since I gave him the money he has called twice, come by once saying he did not have the right material, and no showed at least 7-8 times. He has not tried to call me in over a week. The check I gave him was cashed the same afternoon. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN HE WILL TAKE WHATEVER MONEY YOU GIVE HIM.
