One Time Interior House Cleaning
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Unfortunately I hired them to do a move out deep clean. Michael, who answered the phone, told me they cleaned windows, baseboards, etc. for move outs. Their website also states all they supposedly do for move outs. I mentioned that the kitchen cabinets were very greasy and he indicated they had cleaning solution for that. I went to the townhouse after they supposedly cleaned. The carpets were vacuumed but not much more. The did not clean any of the windows, only cleaned 3 window sills, all of the baseboards downstairs were not cleaned, did not wipe any of the bathroom cabinets, did not wipe/dust the linen cabinet, none of of the light switches were cleaned, the floor in the upstairs bathroom still had a wad of hair on it, master bathroom tub was not cleaned (it was peeling but I wanted the dust off of it). The entire bathroom downstairs was not cleaned! She cleaned only 7 out of 20 cabinets and 9 drawers in the kitchen. The floor was not cleaned at all. None of the light fixtures was dusted. Michael claimed they were "too high to reach." Shouldn't a maid have a dust extender? I will also mention that I am replacing several items in the house so there wasn't an oven or microwave to clean, no kitchen sink. I only had one toilet in the house and she didn't even clean the ONE toilet. Terrible job and the company is not willing to make it right. Michael claims he "wins every dispute." Sounds like he has A LOT of complaints. BEWARE. I would give zero stars if I could. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I hired Glass Slipper for a deep cleaning: window washing, baseboards and sills in addition to regular cleaning for my 3bedroom, 211/2 baths 2story condo. It was 255 for 4 hours. One cleaning lady showed up Her work, that she did , was excellent. My windows were not done, sills were not wiped down, dusting downstairs was nott completed. Basically she worked 3 + hours upstairs and could not finish downstairs. I called the company that day and left a message but have gotten no response. I do not understand how 1 person could be expected to do all the work promised alone. I am not impressed with this company.

Please note that we did try and offer to come back out to you to make the situation right however one you mentioned you would be charging back the credit card we had no choice to not send someone out. It also would have been hard to have someone come out since you didn't make this complaint til approx 2 weeks AFTER the services were rendered. We take pride in our work and we do our best to make every customer happy but understand that we can not please everyone. Thank you, Management."
