I wanted a new shower enclosure. The estimate was one of the lower ones. I preferred the more-expensive frameless type but Richard said he wouldn't recommend it for my shower, so I chose semiframeless. There were problems with the supplier which delayed the installation. I wasn't 100% sure it was totally the supplier's fault, but I am happy with it now. Richard gave me a discount for the inconvenience of the delay and extra visits.

All personnel were professional. One week turnaround from measure to install of the frameless shower door. Installers efficiently removed the old (framed) door, cleaned the tile, mounted the new door, and left the job site clean. I would use Glass Source again and recommend them as a business.
