Believe the manager is Gina Moore. Over 7 months ago I hired this company to replace 3 windows in my home. After numerous no shows without calls we had 3 visits by a replacement crew. On first 2 we were told they had the wrong size windows. On the 3rd time they removed a large picture window which they broke in the process only to determine that again, they had the wrong size replacement. They put the broken window back in with Duct Tape holding the broken glass, and we have not heard from them in over 3 weeks. No calls or returns of emails. I paid 50% of estimate up front. Have reported company to Yelp, BBB and Attorney General of CO.

Very professional. Reasonable fees.

Very prompt with initial project inquiry. A little challenged with timeliness when appointments set for install but ultimately got the job done. When I called back with a small issue (not their problem) they were great with prompt service, suggestion/resolution, and install- without charge!

They came out to measure window the next day after l called then and installed a new window within 3 working days. Same employee who measured installed the window. Very pleased with their work.

They are so incredibly nice, they even had booties on their shoes. Price was fair and reasonable. N no issues.
