Never again. DO NOT HIRE HIM. He is dishonest and unreliable. He?s a complete crook. Took our money and never showed up for the work even after rescheduling several times. Worst company and person we?ve ever dealt with.

"Unless you like dealing with Weasels". This is the Worst Contractor You Can Hire. Robert dose not keep his word. He was quick to come out and give us a quote and asked for the deposit and once he received our $1200 deposit for "Materials" that when Robert started with the excuses. He would not respond to any of our calls. Every time I would text him some other excuse his car broke down on his way to the job or that he was still waiting on the glass that was specially ordered for the job. "I be there first thing tomorrow. I promise. " But tomorrow ever came. Since June 17th until now Nov. 2025. There have been no response and NO MONEY. You need to go with any one else or he will run off with your hard earn money.

It was very easy to work with and the work was done on time and with quality

Despite some trouble with the HomeAdvisor text system being inaccurate and late, Robert took care of our broken window quickly and effectively.

Unreliable, incompetent, and dishonest. Hired on April 24, 2018. As of June 23, storm door is still not repaired. Waited weeks for storm door glass and then it was wrong size. Reorder took several more weeks. Then after multiple weeks of "we will be out there today" or "we will be out there this weekend"; showed up without the screen attachment. Several more missed appointments and then sent associate that originally took door apart out. He never showed, called or texted me. Then after two months of this run around, he just dropped the glass and frame at my door, WITHOUT the screen attachment. I am still waiting to get that back so I can have someone else fix the storm door. I had to call/text constantly for two months and still no results. And they had my parts so I couldn't hire anyone else. I can't wait to hear the explanations and excuses he conjures up for this. And to top it all off, I find he is a neighbor not five minutes from my house! Windows Plus showed up on time and completed the work in 30 minutes,

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY you be sorry ! i wanted to replace my glass shower enclosure so i contacted home adviser and they gave me few names and regrettably i went with Robert Taylor the owner of glass and mirror products i thought he is to be trusted specially came recommenced but what i have experience so far is just regret and sorrow , i choose this company because of home adviser he has collected %60 of the fees up front and promise 7 to 10 days to finish and now its been weeks that he keep changing dates to install at first there was issue with manufacturing he said then he had issue with furnace working to get the glasses tempered then there was issue with getting the glasses to be right size and then there has been issue to show up as scheduled then he comes with two pieces of glasses and missing third piece of glass without telling me leaving them on side of my house and now i have to wait again for him to find missing glass according to him, when that happens and when he gets this install not sure at this point i have no confidence with this company to finish the job and warranty and properly get this install, i find this company not professional and no clue what they doing , at this point i want my money back i don't know how home adviser recommend such company to home owners ! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET !!

Knowledgeable, friendly, good price done quick - looks great

Robert Taylor owner and operator told me the job would be done in 3 weeks after he received my check. It is now 10 weeks later and only 13 of the 25 windows have been partially installed. the windows he installed are not caulked and air is blowing through them. I have one upstate windo broken for one month now and also air blowing through it. Was supposed to be here today to complete for the job but still have not heard from him. I feel I have been lied to from the start of this project. DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR YOU WILL BE VERY VERY SORRY!

I had 6 windows replaces. He was very reasonable and it did not take very long to complete.

i felt the price was very high, seeing the complete window was $90.00 6 years ago, and partial replacement was $170.00. but overall Robert Taylor did a great job.

They were very professional and responsive in replacing a broken window. Glass and Mirror exceeded my expectations and had the job done in just a couple days.
