Great experience overall

Replaced the glass with a crack in my window. Looks good as new.

It was a small job. There was confusion with the schedule and arrival of the workmen. The workmen arrived to measure after someone had previously already done so. The day of the install they arrived to measure the window again. The next install date they showed up and the window didn't fit based on their measurements. My counter top was left dirty and I was inconvenienced. Took too long to complete the job.
