They were the only company to ask to come out in order to give me a quote. They also provided the least expensive quote. Kevin managed the engagement very professionally and with exceptional attention to detail. Jeff came out and did the work with his partner (sorry I forgot your name!) the day after I approved the project. Very nice people, they did the job quickly and it looks great. I could not be happier! I have even added them to my contact list and will use them again

Needed to have one of the window panes in my sliding glass door replaced. Kevin was super quick to reply and came out to take a look and give an estimate that same afternoon. The work was quick and professional and I am very happy with the result. Overall great service and value.

Weed eater put a rock though the basement slider. Contacted Glasscadia and they came out same day to look at the damage and give me an estimate. The cost was very reasonable so I had them do the work to replace the window. They met the timeline they promised and replaced the glass to my satisfaction. They are extremely friendly and professional and do a wonderful job with communication. Overall extremely satisfied with my experience working with them.

Unfortunately my lawn mower picked up a rock and broke my patio glass sliding door. I went to YELP to search for glass repair in my area of which there were several. Glasscadia responded within an hour, came out later that same morning to take measurements, discuss my situation and options with me and had a bid/proposal within 30 minutes. That was amazing and MUCH appreciated. Other companies did eventually respond to my Yelp request but mostly a range of numbers, did not explain what their bid consisted of (e.g. low E vs. clear) and no one else came out. Glasscadia was one of the lower priced bids, was extremely responsive, a pleasure to discuss and talk to and, after I gave them the go-ahead, were out in just a few days to do the job. Price is always an important consideration but so is responsiveness and clarity. Glasscadia hit ALL of the boxes. I highly recommend them and will make them my go-to company for all things glass related. They are GREAT!

We are extremely pleased with the tricky repair to our shower door. Kevin and Jeff are professional, knowledgeable and leave a small footprint in your homeâ ¦very respectful of property. They are warm and personable and you want to have other work for them knowing whatever they do will be done perfectly. Their response and follow up is exceptional especially given how busy they are. Highly recommend them.
