Glasstone Homes, Inc.

We needed a new deck with a roof and called Johnny with Glasstone Homes. He came right over to see what we had and helped us to design our new deck. Johnny and his team were amazing and so friendly! Johnny explains everything that he is doing. And actually if you stand back and let Johnny do his magic you will be amazed at the final product!! It's like he can read your mind and knows exactly what you are wanting. He has so much attention to detail and is quite a perfectionist. If you want someone who can make your dreams come true, Johnny is the man to do it!! We will be calling Johnny at Glasstone Homes for our kitchen remodel next. And for anything else we need done. Trust me, you WONT be disappointed with anything these guys do!! THEY WERE AMAZING

John Spicer and employees did a complete deck/hot tub removal and replaced the deck in the time frame requested; this is a 350 sq foot deck on our second level( 15 foot elevation) a job requiring advanced skills and planning; his bid was on target and less than 2 other bids and the job was done beyond code requirements at my request. I had him email me a copy of his business license and insurance coverage prior to accepting the bid and all were in order ( I did not want to take the time to call the local business offices to track down the license and insurance). His company was very careful with surrounding plants and grass and always kept the job site neat and orderly each day after work. He reviews with the owner the major materials and colors he suggests and coordinates delivery with owner. John and his employees are skilled and nice to be around; Seeing the results on our deck installation, this company can handle major complex construction. Can recommend him highly.
