Ed was very easy to work with; he came back a second time to get up spots that were tougher. I believe some liquid came out of his machine when he was taking the equipment back to his truck. I will ask him to come take a look.

Ed did a great job on short notice it was next day service. They are the most professional cleaners I have used in the Hartford area. After he left we noticed that the machine used to clean the carpet left what appeared to be a lot of water in the carpet and it didn't dry after 5 hours so we had to call him back . He came back with another machine and spent another HOUR pulling moisture out of the carpeting but didn't get much as it was just moisture sitting on top of the fibers. He also left a fan overnight to run to insure that it dried which it did. This professional tried his best to correct the problem and will be returning to check with us on the final outcome which does look good.
