The Glaze team was great to work with. They responded quickly and removed the old unit and professionally installed the new unit the next morning. I highly recommend them for HVAC service and repairs.

The owner was courteous and caring about my concern and so was the workers that came out. Everyone was professional and listen to my problem. They made every effort to ensure that I was satisfy. The owner advised me of cost upfront. I like how when the problem was diagnosed and they spoke with me about it and later they talked with the owner who in turn phoned me about issue. The essential service provided was excellent, cost was paid. Other problem noted and I will consider hiring them. All in all, they are a great crew and good at what they do. Would recommend them.

They came with 6 guys and took out my old broken unit and installed a new one in about 3 hours. Very professional and efficient.

Super-fast response time and really friendly people! They came highly recommended by numerous friends and now I can see why! They did great work and we didn't have to wait. We will definitely do business with them again and will gladly recommend them to others.

Skilled and knowledgeable! Glaze's team arrived on time and immediately deployed, efficiently diving into each, their respective tasks to replace a bad AC evaporator coil in the attic. It was nice to see so many hands on the job performing with such a level expertise. They were all friendly and engaging, never hesitating to take time to thoroughly inform and explain whenever I had a question. It was good to see so many of the team working smoothly to maneuver awkward and heavy units around walls and through the attic door. So important, I think, that they take extra care that delicate AC coils and other expensive components aren't mishandled or damaged in the slightest during installation -- as is more likely to happen with only one or two men working the job. Also nice that the team made a point of cleaning up after each step, during and after the installation. A huge shout-out to Glaze Air for their support and recognition of Military Veterans in their pricing. Nice Work to all on the team. Exceptional experience!
