"Hi Jim, I'm glad I saw this to have an opportunity to respond being as this review is anything but a fair one from you. You initially called our shop for re-screening your screens which is what service we provided. Upon delivering and installing, you had checked over what was done and were more than happy. You called a second time months after stating you had two frames that were falling out of the opening. I explained to you that although a re-screen doesn't have anything to do with the latches within the frames, that I would still be happy to help and send a technician out, -free of charge to address this for you, which we did. The technician installed the screens that came out of the opening and advised you the latches were going bad which happens. We do not offer the type of latch specific to your frame and advised these latches are specific to the manufacturer of your windows and advised to contact them for further info, and I went as far as to provide you with that info. to do so. I'm confused as to how this is any reflection on us but I will say I hate to hear you are upset. There was nothing more we could have done for you. We do not warranty re-screens and the latches have nothing to do with a re-screen. I also would like to add that upon your initial call to our shop, you had advised me that you were anything but trusting of contractors being as you've had many issues in the past and we worked VERY hard to appease you and this review is very unfortunate to say the least."
