This is a revised review. They returned and explained that 100% of the roof moss removal was accomplished. Algae was also present which I mistook for moss and was treated. It will take a few months for the algae to clear up. On the return trip they cleaned the outside of the roof gutters in question.

Very courteous and professional. Gutter cleaning did not include wiping off exterior dirt due to interior cleaning. Roof moss removal not 100%.
