Glenn spent time helping me figure out the design for my deck and pergola. His input was extremely valuable. He and his team were excellent and I love love my new deck and pergola!!! My deck receives full sun, so Glenn installed poly carbonate panes on top of the pergola to keep the deck cool. I wish I was able to attach pictures to the review because it is absolutely beautiful. I am thrilled with my new deck.

Glen Myrick was professional prompt and easy to work with. I can not say enough good things about his company. He built a patio roof over my existing concrete patio and it looks amazing! It will probably be standing after the house is gone! Great workmanship and customer service. 10/10 I would recommend him to anyone.

Glenn did an excellent job on our side porch. He was able to do everything we needed and also saved us money when he discovered he didn't need all of the materials he had assumed in the quote. I can t say enough about the work Glenn did for me. I sent him a picture of the pergola I wanted and the one he built was prettier than the picture! I am beyond pleased. He also did some handiwork around the house for me. Very professional, efficient and priced fairly. I will definitely recommend him to my neighbors and will call him again for any other work I need done around my house!

The experience started out well, Glenn had a lot of good ideas and I like how he built and stained the pergola offsite. This process made the installation go a bit quicker. The issue came when Glenn brought in his subcontractors to pour the concrete patio. The guys made a terrible mess of our fence, house and new storm door. I still have not gotten all the concrete splatter off everything. They made no attempt to cover anything when they were pouring. The pad was approximately 25x25 and was poured in one solid piece, no expansion joints. I am concerned we will have cracking. During pouring the guys had to wheelbarrow in the concrete. They managed to dump a wheelbarrow full in our yard and never cleaned all of it up. As they were emptying the cement truck they poured the remainder of it in common the area of our townhomes. They picked up the majority of it but I still left a lot on the ground. When we told Glenn he would not get paid until the mess was cleaned up, he went and got a few bags of topsoil, grass seed and straw and threw it over top of the mess. This of course did absolutely nothing but hide it for a while. His idea of making things right is to half a** it. My HOA has requested it be cleaned up or we could be fined. The pergola went ok and looks pretty good but Glenn had a very nonchalant oh well kind of attitude during the process. Glenn was to run pipe under our concrete and drain the downspout into the pipe. We didnt realize until one of the last rains we had that he had cut our downspout too short and pulled it away from the elbow at the top of the gutter. The water now leaks outside the downspout. This leaves me too fix yet another thing that was improperly done. To top everything off our neighbors informed us the subcontractors were drinking alcohol on the job. When we informed Glenn they were drinking on the job he just shrugged it off. Overall the pergola looks nice but it was not a good experience.

Response to request for quote was very fast. After the quote was accepted work was booked immediately and work began within a couple of days. Work was done in less than 2 days.

Glenn is the type of contractor everyone wants... on-time, honest, and a perfectionist in his work. I have worked with many contractors over the years but he by far is THE BEST!! He repaired my 900 sq. ft. deck and built benches. I am planning on having him complete other jobs for me. I recommend him without hesitation.

Glenn was very reasonable and provided excellent service and communication during the project. We eventually brought him back to do additional work for us, based on what he did in this project.

Glenn communicated very well which is rare with contractors. He built exactly what he described at the exact price he estimated. He even came back to fix a minor problem on the next day. You won't find a more professional contractor of this quality.
