Glenn followed through and I love my new door.

The work was not done correctly and when I contacted him to fix it, he said he would look at it with no date or time set. The work was unsatisfactory and has to be replaced. Glen was ordered to refund part of the payment through arbitration and he has not complied and has not responded to the arbitrators requests.

Small project but Glenn came on time for estimate and returned in 2 days to complete it. Job took him a bit longer than planned and extra trip for supplies but he stayed with original estimate.

I was so pleased with Glenn and the work he did to complete everything on my list. Glenn came to my house to see our layout and to learn exactly what it was I was trying to do. He answered all my questions, and he showed me how to use the items he installed. He even called the day after he did the work to see if there were andy problems, which there were not!

Glenn replaced my front door in the middle of winter. He was unable to fill notches with wood putty due to the freezing temperatures. He said he will return in the Spring. I suspect I will have some more work for him when he returns. Nice, friendly guy to work with.
