"I'm sorry you are not happy. When we left your job, you told me that we did a great job. When I first came by and looked at your job you told me you had bought it recently with a lot of structural issues and a lack of maintenance issues. The house was really rough. We agreed on what would be the best course of action for what you wanted to be done. You informed me that you couldn't afford to address a lot of the issues that you needed to do. The previous owner had left materials to do the floor, but they were not very good quality. We fixed the issues that you could afford to fix. I even tried to help you out knowing that you were in a tough financial situation."
"I'm sorry you feel that way. we did your job several months ago. you were happy with what we did. there were alot of issues with your house that we addressed. some items you didnt want to fix, because of the cost. you told us that everything looked good when we finished."
"Thank you."
"I am sorry you feel that way. you asked me to come and look at your in laws shower that had been remodeled by someone from homeadvisor. the shower, plumbing, drain, were all installed incorrectly. we tore out the shower and had to correct all the problems the previous contractor did which we didnt know about. this made the project take longer. we had to cut through the slab and fix the drain he collapsed. yes it took longer to fix. as I told you before, these are issues we cant see when we figure a job. It takes longer unfortunately."
"I'm sorry you feel that way. this was an insurance job and we can only do what they required us to do. we came to address issues you had and approved the work. you wanted us to do work that was not covered by the insurance company. you told us not to do it if you had to pay for it. your insurance Company told us not to do any work that was not approved by them. I returned your phone calls, and came by when you asked me to. I was told by you that you were satisfied."
"I am sorry you feel that way. Unfortunately we did none of the issues you are accusing us of. you told me before we started that you had 2 other contractors work on your job and you accused them of the same issues. We completed all tasks that you asked us to do. some other problems needed to be fixed, but you declined to have us do them. You told me you were out of money since the other contractors took payment without working."
