Glenn's Tile Company

As they came approved by Angies list and home advisor, I hired Jeff and his staff to install new tile from my Living room to Bathroom. The estimate came out to almost $3.50 a square foot. Upon Jobs completion I found: A) 1 dozen uneven tiles; bad enough you could almost ramp an RC car off of them. B) Finished install without a transition piece into the shower. C) The cut portions of tile facing wet feet as no transition was used. D) Tore out all of my trim in the hallway/bathroom and rather than re-use it or replace it, just left the bare wall. E) Jeff filled in a 4 square inch space for the sink water valves with grout rather than cutting a small piece of tile to fit. F) Jeff set the tiles 1/8 inch; from my load bearing wall, leaving no room for expansion/contraction as seasons change. G) Used a grout color other than the specified one. H) Jeff had to use my Wheel Barrow, Shovel and Broom to finish the clean up as he had Left his toolsSomewhere. I) Jeff left alot of his debris from demo, etc in my front yard for me to pick up by hand. J) Jeff slung thinset all over my house during the job. Windows, doors, walls, pictures, you name it... a glob of thinset on it. Rather than clean as he went, he left all for me. K) Dining room laminate cut horribly jagged to the transition piece. After contacting Jeff with my displeasure; and to his credit; he promptly returned to correct some of the issues. He offered to replace the baseboard Trim as though he were doing me a favor however, not correcting an oversight. He did install a wood transition piece to the Shower covering most of the horribly cut tile. He also dug out all the grout around the water valves and placed a small piece of tile in the space, providing a clean look. I would have left it there, been content and moved on. However, Whilst Jeff was working the trim into place, He gouged out massive grooves and holes in my drywall. Also, rather than remove the toilet again to do the job intelligently, Jeff jammed his air gun in the tight space and cracked a tile in the process. This was done passive aggressively in my opinion as Jeff certainly knew he had done these things. He left like nothing happened, said no word. I had to find the areas damage myself as I was prepping the space for paint. I asked him just minutes after he left; over a month ago to please come by and repair it but he ducks my phone calls and even if he does manage to answer a text; he only lies to me about coming by this week. I have tried to track him down to no avail leaving me frustrated. Unless you want to have to hire an attorney to sue him, do not use him. My next course of action will be to the BBB. I paid Professional pricing, received handyman workmanship. I encourage anyone reading this to message me for my photos of his work as I have verifiable proof and am no fake review.

I would not ever use them again or suggest to anyone that they should. We did a remodel of the kitchen, bath, and wood floors in most of the house.

Glenn's Tile Company contacted me the same day I submitted my request. I met with them the same day and they were fixing the floor the very next day! Knowledgeable, skilled and excellent work. Highly recommend.

Glenns tile company which is actually Jeff was very inconsistent with not showing up, or would show up for a few hours and leave. Knowing my mother and father in law had no bathroom to shower in they once went 2 weeks without showing up. He talks a good game so be careful.

DON?T hire this company. The owner will say anything to get the job. Glenn?s Tile can?t handle big jobs. They fall behind and then start cutting corners to try and finish. They came back one time to fix poor workmanship but didn?t finish. They said they would be back the next day. Never showed up. The owner will not return calls and when you finally talk, he says he wasn?t aware of issues. This after I have left repeated messages asking when are you coming back to fix problems and issues. They left a dull haze on our new floors because they used the wrong scratch cover, letting it dry. They said they would take care of it...still waiting. They removed the tongue and groove for some reason on the hardwood in a spot and now it squeaks every time you step on it. Still waiting on that fix. They damaged our woodwork removing the old hardwood. and wouldn?t even repair it after they explained they would. Our insurance claim stated clearly that all baseboards receive one coat of paint, the owner of Glenn?s Tile said they would only touch up. I have pics of the damage to show the unprofessional approach to serving customers. If you screw up a job, you should at least own up to it. I know Glenn?s Tile will bad mouth my review but I have pictures of the mess left behind. Again...DON?T hire this company. I?m done waiting on service. I now have to hire a new professional to fix Glenn?s Tile screw ups.

Responded quickly and provided a Quote and the job was completed promptly. Did tile, painting, some electrical and drywall. Professional job.

Took twice as long and many things charged for were not done. The crew stole pills, coins, designer items and other personal itemsfrom my moved in boxes in garage. Someone unplugged frig so all freezer/frig contents spoiled. For the amount of money I paid to still have leaks and no response to my requests not worth half of it.

They were very good and did a fine job both tearing out the old tile and removing all the debris. We are very satisfied with the results and highly recommend them.

The men were very respectful and answered all of my questions without making me feel dumb!

Very professional, took no longer than they indicated. Took the time to explain to my wife on what was going to be done and why. Highly recommended.

We were happy overall with their work but there was a lack of communication that I didn't appreciate. They didn't notify us that they were going to show up late. I had to keep calling them to find out when they were coming. It would have been nice to be told about the amount of dust that would get on everything. I guess we were naive to not know but if we had we could have covered things up instead of me having to clean our living & dining rooms because of the mess. There was one piece of molding that wasn't attached & when I called they did come back out and fixed it with no issues. The actual tile work looks great. I can't fault their work.

Jeff and his nephew did a great job removing and replacing nine of my floor tiles which were loose with a crunchy sound when stepped on. Most homes in the Fayetteville Clabber Creek development had the floor tiles installed by sub contractor when homes were built suffer from this problem. The original installer used inferior thin set on the floor. Use Glenns Tile, AKA Jeff to fix your problem.

Jeff did a great job on my kitchen floor. Took the old floor out and replaced it with a terrific looking tile floor. Great to work with. Good price. Finished the job right on time!

They were also able to do the vinyl flooring in the kitchen. Very happy Jeff has been the BEST!!!
