Scheduled a gutter cleaning but the technician showed up and cleaned my windows instead. He admitted he wasn?t trained on gutters and just did windows anyway. I didn?t want the service, but he was almost done when I caught it. Then they charged me $319 for window cleaning instead of the agreed gutter service. When I called to fix it, I was put on hold for a long time and then told they were ?going off the notes? and refused to adjust anything. Wrong service, higher charge, and no accountability. Would not use again.

Glide Cleaners ignored the ?No Soliciting? sign in my neighborhood, then pressured me into signing a monthly subscription contract even though they only clean quarterly. I specifically asked to pay only when the service was performed, but they refused. I only wanted one cleaning service and was in a hurry due to hosting a graduation celebration at my home. The salesman posed as friend of a neighbor to make himself sound trustworthy. When I tried to cancel because it felt like a scam, they continued to call, email and demanded a cancellation fee. I find their practices misleading and disrespectful, and I will not be using or recommending their services.
