Highly recommend Global Air Services. We placed a call as our Ac was out, Nick was very quick at coming to see what the problem was. The Global team was very professional and did a fantastic job installing our new unit in ya timely manner minimizing our time without cool air.

When our a/c broke we waited for the technicians thru my home appliances insurance. Once they came i felt i needed a second opinion. We contacted Global Air and on our first meeting with Mr Nick Sanchez we found out we were gettig a bigger unit for a better deal than our home appliances insurance. The inside and outside uits were done within a day. We are very please with the work and ease of our whole process.

Global Air Services came out to repair the work another HVAC company failed to do. They came out twice, first to inspect what was needed and give me a quote and second to do the work. They were very professional, did not over quote and suggest work that was not needed. The people that did the work we all professional and clean. I recommend them and will use them for my semi annual HVAC servicing.

The crew was able to complete a difficult job in one day. They worked very hard and they were very courteous. When we asked for someone to come out the next day to adjust the fan speed, the crew lead came out promptly to make the adjustment. It was a wonderful experience.

They came and looked at my a/c and told me I would need maintenance, but would put freon in my a/c. They informed me someone would call me from their office to give me a quote and to come back out and fix the issue, but no one called me or checked to see if the issue was resolved.

i had global replace central ac and heating, this was not a typical replacement job it required partially removing a wall to access it and very cramped , the three guys did a great job in a timely and professional manner, could not have ask for more. Cesar showed up the same day i called and was also very professional. my central ac has never worked this good! this was a very stressful decision for me to make thank you Cesar H. for helping me make it right.

Called and left a message on a Sunday and amazingly someone called me back that day to schedule a time for Monday.... by the end of Tuesday we had a brand new air conditioning unit!! Was very happy with the quality and quick response of the team... having no a/c in Houston summer heat was rough... highly recommend these guys.

They did what everyone else wouldn't. I have had several companies out, and all of them stated they couldn't add freon to my unit. Everyone else kept trying to sell me a new unit, not fixing my problem, just adding a financial problem. I've had 2 days of where my thermostat matches the temperature on the house. I will be following up with more work.

Global Air was extremely polite and knowledgeable. They were flexible with my schedule and worked very quickly. I would recommend them to anyone.

They came out the same day and were very quick to determine problem. The ac ran for a day and then quit again, so they came back no charge. As it turned out we really needed a new unit. It was installed next day and is now running good.

This is the first time I've actually dealt with a company that showed up on time, worked fast, and clean. There was no hassle for anything. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend these guys.

They were very prompt and flexible and came out the same day I called them. I don't stay at the property they serviced but they kept me informed throughout the process.
