I'm no heating expert, so I assume they did a good job. The only problem I had is that they didn't clean up after all the places they worked, like the bathroom & the kitchen. The guys who came were very nice & polite & so was the owner? who handled the quote & sent them over on March 6, '20.

Professional service. Terry and Tim took the time to advise me on the dryer system and the safeguards which are in place (all news to me) My only contact with customer service was to make appointment. Turns out there was no blockage and I was charged a trip fee which was a bit higher than I anticipated but worth it just to have peace of mind. I would use this company again.

The tech did a great job cleaning out the dryer vent which has been something I worry about all of the time. The peace of mind this created was well worth it.
