Do not hire Hayhtam or his company. He is dishonest, unprofessional, and doesn?t know how to do the job properly. After making serious mistakes, he even asked for more money to fix his own errors. I had a very bad experience. Stay away from this person and this company.

STOP AND READ. VERY IMPORTANT. I hired them over 3 years ago to build my dream home. He was unable to complete permits and drawings and then reneged on his contract. He refused to build the home and refused to refund my deposit. Effectively he took my money and wanted to extort additional money from me from not going through with a new fabricated contract which ironically enough was to be an additional $40K?? (Are you starting to get the picture). I ended up suing for my money to be returned and fortunately was successful. He is a very dishonest thief who would continue to lie in deposition and even would produce fraudulent documents in the deposition, to the horrific knowledge to even his own attorney. What this man put myself and my family through for 3 years was a living nightmare. RESEARCH how many past and current law suits He is involved in. PLEASE do not go through what my family went through. All the Best.

Promised Hurricane windows in 8;weeks. They came in 16 weeks and were-measured incorrectly. The owner has been rude and unresponsive. He owes me my $4500 down payment.

Thank you is not enough. We hired Haytham for our project engineering plans, and he did everything in a timely manner, assisted with permitting and guided us through all the process. He is very amicable and available. We highly recommend this business. Honest and trustworthy.

Global construction was amazing. The owner of the company Haytham was so punctual. He had the permit ready to go as soon as the claim was approved everything was done chronologically better than any improvement I?ve ever had done. The Insurance claims specialist rep Danny Harrell was incredible when he first came out my daughter and son-in-law were so sweet to give me his number and he came over did in an evaluation and said we should put a claim in to State Farm the adjuster came out within a few days he basically told me I was getting a new roof on my doorstep. The adjuster was so kind andInformative. So thankful for all the patients, kindness, and help the global construction gave to me and my son Steve. The guys that did the work were amazing.

I would never hire this company again. So dissatisfied with a job that was poorly done. Since insurance company paid for the work I have no other resort than take out a loan to have the work done properly. Nothing done by **code** and being a female senior citizen i knew nothing about codes and feel taken advantage of.

I would just like to let everyone know that if you ever need a contractor contact Danny Harrell he will put you in touch with global construction and you will have the best job you've ever had. I'll tell you the guy who's in charge of global construction is above board he is sincerely qualified in every aspect of the construction trade I guess he's a doctor and I'm telling you this because I I have my bachelors degree in criminal justice and I would not tell a lie I'm telling you I've been a police officer and I am serious when it comes to helping people.

I hired this company in 2018 to do a roof replacement. The job was very poor, failed inspections 2 times. I had to get on the roof and hammer down nails that were sticking up, clean up the site, and other things that failed inspection. After they felt the job was done they did not come back to clean up nails. After talking to permitting department, I found out he was not a licensed roofer and had to say he did work to the inside of the home that was not done. This was a complete lie. He claimed all inspections passed and were paid When my insurance was up for renewal and they checked on the permit, it was found that the permit expired because all inspections were not done. They would not renew my insurance. I made several attempts to contact him and finally got a callback. After being persistent I got him to reopen the permit and file the paperwork. After the inspection was scheduled he became very unprofessional. His language was foul. The property finally passed inspection after 3 years. I would not suggest anyone hire this company. The crew that this company hires was unprofessional in the work and he is very unprofessional himself.

After missing deadlines and acquisition of the wrong flooring. The project was delayed. An installation error caused flooring to buckle. I was told it would be corrected. After a week of missed appointments Iâ m still waiting for resolution.

Although my back yard deck took longer than I expected, there were several issues with the carpenters that he used for this job. However, he was very responsive to resolving my issues and correcting the problems. I would recommend Global.

I hired Global Construction for multiple jobs and they ve been the best across the board; engineering plans, assisting with permitting, great workmanship and best of all, honest and trustworthy. Global Construction worked in my home many days unsupervised and I trust them wholeheartedly. Haytham, Oscar and the crew made us feel like family and that s priceless.
