My condenser stopped running late night and I called at 12:30 AM to schedule service the next morning. The Service Manager responded onsite and traced the problem to the start capacitor. He replaced it and the unit is working better than ever. I even bought a service contract.

First contact with Global Cooling was by phone with Sophia. Sophia was very pleasant and informative. After scheduling an appointment, I received a call from Sophia explaining that the techs might be a little late. Actually, I thought that they were ahead of schedule and that was great. Upon their arrival, I met with Doug, lead mechanic, and Louis.Both were extremely professional, informative and polite. After servicing my unit, Doug gave me some good pointers and advised me that the unit was in good condition and made a suggestion on one thing that I could do to improve the efficiency of the unit at a latter date. Doug answered all my questions and did not push any repairs that was unnecessary. Based on this first experience with Global Cooling, I gave them a five star and did sign a contract with them. i hope all of global Cooling employees are like Sophia, Doug and Louis.

12/26/19 - I have to add to my past review - there are not enough stars to tell you how grateful I am to have found Doug and this company. Doug found a fairly large leak in our faulty Lennox system outside the last time he was here. Although they have a wonderful 18 months 0% finance plan, I was disheartened to think that I needed a completely new unit. I do not remember ever filling out a warranty when I had the place built 7 years ago - but unbeknownst to me, Doug checked it out and discovered that I was, in fact, covered. For those of you living in newer developments in the Windermere/Winter Garden area, you have probably noticed a multitude of A/C repair trucks on the block. Most of these homes were built with faulty Lennox units. They need replacement coils - and, of course, if under warranty, Lennox will try and replace them with the same faulty coil. Global has had enough of these issues that they have dealt with Lennox directly and said that they must be replaced with the better, improved coils. I still have to pay for the installation, but it is so worth it - and I do recommend the yearly service plan, too. Below is my first review after dealing with Global in an emergency situation: I lost my ac during the potential hurricane coming past us. These people were quick to respond and showed up within hours the next day to fix the problem. We have signed up for their maintenance service - and are very pleased.

I cant thank Global Cooling enough. At 1am in the morning this company came out to get our air conditioning units back up and running. We have 4 very large dogs ( Mastiffs ) and we were worried they could overheat if we had to wait till morning to get our AC back up and running. Robert the owner of the company showed up and was as friendly as anyone could be that time of the morning. He was very professional and seemed very knowledgeable. I cant thank this company enough and will recommend them to all our family and friends. In my humble opinion you cant go wrong hiring this company for all your HVAC needs as they do truly seem to care.

The main disappointment was the appointment timing. The first appointment was a three hour window and they still showed up late, then couldn't fix the problem. The next appointment they set as an all-day window and when I expressed the inconvenience they acted as though it was abnormal for someone to not be able to work with an all day time frame. The next disappoinment was how hard they pushed for the maintenance membership when they hadn't even done any work for the needed repair yet. After telling them 'no thanks' three times, it became borderline harassing. All in all, I'm glad they were able to get the repair done, but I wouldn't likely use them again.

He was a little late, but the service was good and I was happy with the job.

I had ARS Rescue Rooter from The Home Depot twice to repair our AC issue and decided to call a different company this time for the same issue in 21 days. Wow! What a totally different experience this was. The Technician was polite, asked and listened to what had transpired before and then said, "We are going to check several things today, one at a time, step by step, until we resolve the issue." 1st and foremost all the work ARS Rescue Rooter from The Home Depot completed was incorrect and poorly done. The new $275 thermostat was incorrectly installed causing the heater to run at the same time the AC did, second, the surge protector I was sold was completely not correctly installed causing a short that burnt the breakers and 3rd, there was absolutely nothing wrong with the duct work. Not only that, Global Cooling service prices were definitely better the ARS Rescue Rooter. Thank you so much for you courtesy, for coming out so quickly and arriving at the scheduled time and most of all, for finally resolving the issue at such a wonderful price. The technician at Global Cooling was heads to toe way better qualified than the two technicians ARS Rescue Rooter sent. Global Cooling, LLC will be my go to company for all my AC needs.

Signed up for their maintance agreement. Very nice tec, professional, knowledgable and very nice. Would recommend this company.

Friendly service

Rob came out and diagnosed the problem and Doug did the repair work. Both men were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again.
