Grant Global Tile has done an excellent job installing tile in the fellowship area of my church. I greatly appreciate his professionalism and his willingness to teach me throughout the process. The members of the church are also very pleased with the quality of the work completed.

Tile: Ceramic and Porcelain - Install
Greg Grant is the most dishonest contractor there is. Walked off the job midway. Installed all floor tile so poorly it had to be torn out and redone. Liar. Uses his ministry and faith as a shield to cover up the yard dog ethics underneath. The worst of the worst. He even called my counter fabricator to see if he would charge me more than agreed so they could split it. Scum. Here?s the fine job he did on my floor.
Response from Global Grant National
"The customer previously acknowledged in writing that she asked me, Greg Grant to leave the property, apologized for doing so, and requested that myself and team return to complete the kitchen and bathroom. She also acknowledged walking on recently installed tile before it had fully set and accepted responsibility for any tiles affected by that action. (I have retained a copy of her responses to me in writing) For that reason, the claim that Global Grant National simply walked off the job is inaccurate. We also strongly dispute the allegation concerning the countertop fabricator. That allegation does not reflect our understanding of what occurred, and supporting documentation and third party information exist regarding that matter. There were documented discussions involving scope changes, additional tile work, pricing, and corrective items caused by Janet throughout the project. We have retained the relevant communications, photographs, project records, and supporting documentation. Out of respect for all parties, we will not engage in a personal or emotional dispute on social media. We will simply allow the documented facts to speak for themselves. Global Grant National remains committed to professionalism, quality craftsmanship, and treating every customer's home and investment with respect. Last our reviews for the last 3 years have been 5 stars as we remain committed to providing superior workmanship and customer service. Please see our remaining views."

Tile: Ceramic and Porcelain Installation
My home is 3 years old yet the tiling has already begun to crack. After having a hard time finding someone to come out to do a job they deemed too small, I found Gregory. After getting lucky and finding the replacement tile, Gregory replaced my cracked tiles. It looks great and I’m just so relieved to have had the work done. I was worried the cracks would get longer. I would highly recommend Global Grant National!

Tile: Natural Stone (Granite, Marble, Slate, Quartz, etc) - Install
Upon visiting Angie’s, I sought an installer of travertine flooring. Greg was the first to respond to my inquiry. His extensive knowledge and affable demeanor during the call convinced me to entrust him with the project. He promptly arrived for an estimate, and we felt at ease with his professionalism. He assured us that he would not leave us in suspense or be delayed, so we contacted him again. He provided an estimated completion date of approximately one and a half weeks, although he indicated that the actual duration would be shorter. We finalized the start date, and he arrived promptly as promised. He meticulously laid the stone floor in a “Versailles” pattern within a SINGLE DAY! Subsequently, he returned to apply the grout and seal the entire installation. The entire process was more SEEMLESS. Greg fulfilled his commitments from start to finish and maintained a clean work environment!! I highly recommend his company. Greg’s expertise extends beyond floors as well! Thks Greg!

Tile: Ceramic and Porcelain Installation
Greg was absolutely fantastic! We have an older home with very uneven floors, and he did a phenomenal job working with the space given. He turned a floor of lumpy laminate into smooth, even, beautiful tile, and we could not be more impressed. He was courteous and punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommended for any tiling projects!

Mr. Grant was willing to come back and repair another portion of the veneer that a previous contractor did a poor job installing. He also sured up other parts of the veneer. Heâ s also pressure washed my home for the last three years. His service is efficient and very good.
