Global Gutters

They were located in my area and the price quoted was $100.00 less than the others. The hangers which were applied to hold my gutters to the house did not work after the first big rain fall. The same problem still exists.

He was scheduled to start the job on a Tuesday. The morning of the job he called and said he could not come for another week. I told him we really needed to get the work done before Thursday as it was going to rain. He said he would lower his price another 10%. I said ok but I really needed him to come out Wednesday to do the work. He said he would try to find someone to help him with the job. Later that day he said he found someone. Next day comes and he cancels again. Work finally was done on Saturday. I asked him to put in 2 addl downspouts instead of 10% off. Then he bills me for the 2 addl downspots and says he did not say addl 10%

Chris was extremely professional through our email communications. His team did an outstanding job with a pretty tough chimney gutter request. He had to make two short 90 degree turns which look awesome and should perform well. Met Chris after the install and he told me what he found during the repair and didn't make two repairs he quoted. Discovered it was cosmetic. Good team I would recommend and hire again.

sloopy job, did not clean up very good, down spouts cut to short , one down spout was on a weird angle on the front of the house ,had to have him reinstall that one and fix the others
