Their price for the job more than doubled. Quoted over the phone a dollar a foot. Got their shot out a price over $225 for 90 feet of gutter. Had guys working on things before we ever agreed on price. They knew how high the house was when I got the quote on the phone. Didn't like the way the lead tried to rough shot the job. We agreed on a price eventually but it was far from what I expected. Didn't expect them to do it for $90 which was a dollar a foot. But thought they would do it for a lot less

Had my screens replaced. They didn't install correctly. They lost clips to screens so can't use them. One screen was cut.

These guys far under bid the job. I tried to help them make it up by letting them do some other work I needed done also, I paid them up front to buy materials, they came back with the cheapest they can get and they didn’t get enough. Two days they spent 1/2 the day buying materials and they ended up having to work late to make up for it. I hired them to do my screened in patio, weed and mulch my flower beds, install a bath tub shower door & to replace the dining room floor. They agreed to do it for $5000.00 I paid them $2700.00 up front (for all the materials) and half way thru the patio job they informed me that the money wasn't enough and that I had to pay them more or else they wouldn't finish the job. By that time, I felt I had been more than patient with them (I was trying to help them as much as I can) so I offered to pay them more money if they just finished the screened patio area (and like a jerk I did.) They promised they would finish it before they left and that they would be coming back the next week to finish the rest of the work. I left for a few minutes to buy some molding and they skipped out and headed back to Kansas, leaving the patio about 2/3 finished, they had been working on it all week. They left a message saying they would be back by Wednesday or Thursday the next week. Thursday comes they leave a message that they would be here later in the day (they don't show) they leave message they would be coming the next day, on Friday (they don't show.) As far as their work, they hung both doors wrong (with a 2x4 across the threshold - after I asked them to remove it (from both doors) several times, so my mother wouldn't trip on it and fall, - they didn't.)) One door sticks the other the gaps are too wide. They have panels going in 2 different directions. They cut a lot of the molding too short so there are big gap's in most of the corners They didn't finish paneling the exterior walls. They painted so badly on the inside that they got white paint all over my grey cement floor. They didn't paint and seal the doors and they didn't finish painting the exterior. I can go on and on, but you get the picture. As far as the weeding and re mulching is concerned - I got about 30 bags of much sitting in my patio room right now waiting for them to come and finish the job. Maybe they're ok mowing a lawn or changing a door knob, but don't hire these guys for anything big - they're work is sloppy, rushed, in accurate, in complete and amateurish at best, shotty (replace the "o" with an "i") is more like it. The sad thing is I really kind of liked these guys, they seemed sincere - but a sincere thief is still a thief and I feel like these guys ripped me off. Can they fix this: The only way they can fix this is if they pay me what it costs to fix the mess they left me - otherwise this review shall stand as a warning to you my neighbor "buyer beware of these guys..."

Very quick response to my inquiry. All answers were precise and exact. What was meant to be a one day turned into a two day job because of the heat, but luckily I am very flexible and had nowhere to be. Plus it was just a mess because we had been out of town for a month. My yard looks amazing (front and back) now. I will call them again in a heart beat if my husband decides he can not keep it up. These guys are truly awesome!!

The work was done well. They are willing to work with customers on the price.

I had to cancel with them due to my regular mowers showed up in the meantime BUT they were fast as lightening in response...great professional customer service. Eager to please . ...I WILL use them in the future. Exceptional.
