The repairman came 1 hour late, had another person sitting in the truck, no license plate and did not identify himself when he entered my home. He had no tool bag, left a big puddle of water in the floor--he did tell me he needed a towel but then he left it for me to clean up. When I asked whom I should make the check out to for the service call, he told me he needed cash! I called his boss and he okayed the check since I had not been told I would need to pay cash. I did not use this company. Everything about this visit was shady!
