We value our customers and understand how important it is to offer exceptional service. Our records indicate that your move was estimated at $12,124. The overage from the date of servicing your move came to a total of $2,000, which reflects a 16% increase. We do our best to provide accurate and thorough estimates, however, pricing is adjusted based on the exact weight or volume fo the shipment and services provided. As for the fees associated with your change in delivery date, your household goods had already been dispatched out and were currently in route to the delivery destination at the time you informed us of the change in plans. This is not a fee we impose for the sake of making profits, but to merely cover the expenses incurred with such schedule changes and additional handling of household goods. FREE storage is offered for any customer, but it is not interchangeable. If a customer advises they are ready for delivery as you advised, the customer is then pulled from storage and delivery plans made."
