We hired Global Paving to pave our driveway in Sept 2018. They guarantee their work for 1 year. In August 2019, we noticed a crack developing in the driveway, we suspect a tree root. We called them to take a look at it, and they said they would call us back. We call back, they say they will call us back. This happens a total of at least 4 times, over several weeks. No one will schedule us. I'm wondering if they are trying to run the clock on the year guarantee?

It took a while to get my estimate, but everyone I dealt with from Global Paving was very friendly, professional & knowledgeable. Once I received my estimate, the job was scheduled within a week. I had my driveway widened & an additional parking / turnaround added. Some leveling & sod removal was required. The crew arrived around 8:30 am & the job was completed by 1:00 pm. All the workers were very professional, they were quick, efficient & answered any questions I had. I am very particular & even a little OCD when it comes to my property, but I was VERY impressed with the final product & amazed at how quickly it was completed. I highly recommend Global Paving for any asphalt work & am having them back to surface coat my entire driveway when weather permits.

Global Paving: Potential customers beware, after getting our signed and sealed Global Paving LLC bid, we were scheduled for the residential asphalt driveway paving job. After waiting 2+ weeks for that day to arrive, I left work 3 hours early to meet the crew at my residence. After meeting with the Foreman and walking through all of the details previously discussed in at length with Global Paving LLC's representative for the job, I thought we were good to go... next minute literally, the Foreman then tells me that the "Boss/Owner" does not want to do this job, I asked why completely dumbfounded and then I asked who is the "Boss/Owner", he said that guy in the truck. (Which was attempting to drive away with zero explanation.) After whistling and waving him over after he had sent his Foreman over to do what he did not want to for some reason and while trying to drive away I was a very unhappy potential customer to say the least. He storms up to me obviously extremely upset, he starts his diatribe about how my job was underbid, and said "This is the third time!" adding, "I can loose money sitting at home!" I was a bit surprised that he was so upset and that I was paying for it. While I can understand his take on this as a business owner, as the customer, I had no control over what his representative who came out and went through the entire job in detail with my Wife and sent us the bid. As the "Owner" I assumed that he would review any outgoing bids prior to sign-off rather than trying to storm off the day of the work. No offer of compromise, no attempt to work this out with me, the customer, none whatsover, truly amazing, the epitome of customer service? Not really. I will hire someone else. *Note, found out later that he was not the "Owner". After leaving a message for the "Owner", "Gary" actually called me back, apologized and after making no proposal for how to fix it, decided to threaten me.) I filed a complaint with BBB as well and verified with L&I the standing of his company, not a threat from me. Turns out he was not the "Owner" either and had said the "Owner" did not want to talk to me. His quote to me was "Bring it on we have Lawyers". A very unsatisfied Customer.

Fast, efficient, excellant value, great customer service

This company was by far the cheapest bid of the four I got. I was a little Leary since cheapest is not always the best. I did my research and the reviews were good. I went with Global and you should too! I also endorse people that I believe in and the whole crew was great. They even did extra work for us. The main guy, Alex was friendly and knowledgeable. These guys were awesome. Would not hesitate to use them again and again. I even gave them a tip and I am a cheapskate, so that tells you something. I can't remember the last time I tipped a worker at my house, if ever!

I dealt directly with the owner (Cliff). He explained everything and laid out my options at every step. He helped with a drainage issue we had and went over the top by removing boulders from the property at no extra charge. He was on site most of the time and was always approachable. Excellent hard working crew. On a 1-5 scale a 6. Thanks guys.

Global Paving did a great job on our taxiway project. They were fast, knowledgeable, and easy to work with and did the job for a great price.

After having trouble with another contractor, I hired Global Paving to install a new asphalt driveway. They happened to be working on another project nearby so they were able to start my project the very next day. I was a little apprehensive since they were eager to start and even bid a very low price for the project (I had received 2 other bids, Global Paving gave the lowest bid). My contact was John. He communicated very well, and arrived on time the next morning. I had already excavated the site where the driveway would be installed, but it needed more gravel and needed to be leveled. He had a crew of 4 guys installing my 1,200 sq ft driveway; they were fast and clearly have been doing this for quite a while. The guy running the skid steer was incredibly fast and did a perfect job leveling the site precisely how I wanted. They laid the asphalt per my request (a little thick since I will be storing a large camp trailer on it), compacted and smoothed everything out flat. They also made a very smooth transition from the driveway to the road. They had made quite a mess while working but after they were done they did a great job cleaning up and didn't leave any trace of a mess behind. They finished the project in about 4.5 hours, but I suspect that they could have finished in much less time if not for the fact that they had to wait for gravel and the asphalt to arrive. If I ever need any more asphalt paving work done, I will definitely call Global Paving LLC.

Will is a very professional, great client interaction, his crew outstanding and they exceed my expectation. At first when I met wil was not quite sure if I made the right decision and he surely proved me wrong. Extremely happy with and his crew's work.

I had trouble getting in contact with anyone after I had decided to have them do the job. The installation was rescheduled a few times at the last minute. We have yet to get our receipt for the job done in April. Will try to contact again. Once the day came they were quick to get the job done and it was done satisfactorily however they tried to sell me on more products than had initially agreed upon.
