Our washer machine was no longer spinning successfully. However, it seems that it happened after a down jacket was washed. However, it seems the problem was fixed and the tech was honest and told us the true, there was nothing wrong with the unit. That was an honest diagnostic and we only paid for the visit. Thank you!!!

I have an refrigerator and I had Global Repair come out to repair the fan in it. The technician was not qualified to work on the unit. He said that the repair was completed and within an hour the error code came back on. He came out multiple times until Global sent a master tech to work on it. The repair was completed but at the time of the repair was completed water started pouring out of the left door where the water dispenser is located. The tech says that it wasn't from the work they did. Now they are telling me I need a new door on it. I cannot recommend this company for any repairs on appliances. If they broke something, they need to take responsibility and repair it.

Professional, very knowledgeable, and thorough. Gave the attention to the task the way I would have if I could I have done the repair myself. I like my old appliances better than the new ones. They last longer and haven't required repairs until they were older. I will definitely use Global Repairs again to keep the old appliances working as long as I can. Global Repairs likes the older appliances, too, and was happy to help me keep them working.

When I initially accepted assistance from Global Repairs I told them exactly what was wrong and what needed to be replaced on my washing machine. My problem is that I physically did not have the ability to remove the top and back of the washer nor did I have the time. The technician went out to look at the washer and determined something completely different was wrong. Hey, he was the professional (or so I thought) so ok. He stated he needed to order a part that ending up taking 3 weeks to receive, he went to install it and found out the washer still didn't work and what he thought was the problem was indeed not the problem. His 2nd recommendation was to replace the entire washer drum or better yet get a whole new washer because the drum would cost almost as much as a brand new washing machine. I called a different company and yep they confirmed my original thought of what was wrong with the appliance, fixed it in a week and guess how much the part was??????. The part was $20.00 !!! YES, it went from Global Repairs telling me I needed to buy an entirely new washer to only needing a $20.00 part. I called Global Repairs, LLC back and told them I wanted my $50.00 service call fee refunded to me because they fixed nothing and wasted my time with their guesswork and their advise was ridiculous. I was rudely told they do not give refunds even if they make mistakes and I should be happy that they refunded me the $300 part I waited 3 weeks for (that never was the problem in the first place). I told her I would give Global Repairs a bad rating on Home Advisor and her response was "I don't care." "We have lots of people that like us on Home Advisor." Terrible customer service, terrible technicians and a complete waste of time.

Very very professional people I like then because they do care about customer, They call me right o way after I shoose then and explain how they work .. Nothing else make the customer happy when deal with professional people.. I love it good job guys
