Fredy and his crew did an amazing job on not only the shingles and rubber roof but they found rot and wood that needed to be replaced as well from water damage. Fredy and his crew quickly replaced and fixed all of it. I am beyond grateful and thankful with how honest, fair and trust worthy Fredy was. I’ve already recommend global roofing to dozen of people. Fredy and Andrea at Global Roofing combine to provide excellent customer service with high quality installation. From quote to complete the entire process was smooth. We were looking at metal roofing first and learned quickly that these folks know a lot about the options, potential issues and installation. Ultimately we went with CertainTeed asphalt shingles due to supply chain price increases for metal, a limited color selection, and because I tend to walk on my roof for a few reasons. On the 1st scheduled day the crew arrived on time and ready to work. They hung tarps and netting to collect all debris and protect shrubs , etc. They moved fast and efficiently with a big enough crew to clear old shingles and start installing new by mid-afternoon. At the end of the day they cleaned everything up, and I do mean everything. By end of day two they were done, once again cleaning everything before leaving. We were very impressed with Global and definitely recommend them for your roofing project.

We just had our roof replaced by Global Roofing. It was amazing to work with Andrea and Freddy. We couldn’t have been happier with the whole experience! We got several quotes for our roofing job, changed our mind about the material along the way (went from metal to asphalt), and Andrea and Freddy were great throughout the process. Global Roofing had the best recommendations (one of the reasons we chose them), and after working with them we know why! Communication was amazing, if there were any delays due to ordering supplies like the skylights we were immediately informed, and the final scheduling for the project was also easy. I was at work all day while they were actually doing the roof, and other than the new beautiful roof on my house I was not able to tell that any contractors were at my house all!!! They covered the house in tarps while taking the old shingles off, and the entire surrounding area of my house was spotless when they left! And the Final product looks great! A truly great company, and I am looking forward to hire them for future projects!

Excellent communication! Perhaps the best I’ve seen from a contractor. While waiting to get installation done, they checked in with me on dates and always called me back if I had questions. The took a look at the roof and suggested fixing the chimney first . We had that capped and some bricks replaced with a contractor they referred. The following week they came and did the roof and leaf gutters in 1 day. They cleaned up very well afterward. When I saw a lose shingle in the yard this spring, I called them and they sent someone out to look right away (it was just an extra shingle). The were great to work with and I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Very prompt and organized. Andrea came out during the day while they were working on the roof to check on progress and to see if there were any questions. She also followed up by email to see if we had any questions and was very transparent on the extra cost of having to replace some of the decking. The team was great and all paperwork and planning was handled easily with Andrea. Rain had pushed a lot of jobs, including mine but they worked with me, cane over the weekend and put together a large team to get all the work completed in one day. They did work, poorly, that they were not contracted to do, and did not finish work that they had agreed to do. I had two great copper downspouts attached to my copper gutters. One of these downspouts was loose and needed to be re-attached to the house with a particular type of bracket. They did not do that reattachment, they also did not properly reset the downspouts. Instead, for the one that needed to be reset and reattached, they took two pipes that were fine being loosely screwed together and did a horrible soldering job to join them into a single unit. This soldering was not discussed before and it had the effect of oxidizing the pipes and looks awful. THEN they went and soldered up a downspout that was in no way related to the repairs requested. This work they had not been contracted to do. It was in a sense an act of vandalism as they joined up these pipes in a sloppy soldering job that oxidized the pipes and made a mess of things. One contractor I have talked with has suggested that I buy all new downspouts. The price to repair their vandalism may cost more than the initial job.

Unfortunately, the brackets could not be installed because the conformation of the brackets that you wanted was received 2 days prior to the start of the work and needed to be ordered. We spoke after the work was competed and we were not informed of any dissatisfaction until weeks later. When we did speak about what you would like to have corrected, we confirmed anything you were not satisfied with would be corrected when we returned to install the brackets. We also requested that you be home when completed this time. We completely understand you have a busy work schedule and when the work was completed in August unfortunately you were not available. We spoke with [Member Name Removed] during the project, confirmed the work that had been completed and that we would return to install the brackets at later time. Again, we sincerely apologize for you dissatisfaction and still have you on the schedule to correct anything you were not satisfied with. As you stated in the review you paid $0.00 for the services, we didn't push for payment even prior to knowing there was dissatisfaction with the work completed. Thank you Global Home Improvement"
