The whole experience from start to finish was 5 stars. Gavin at Global Roofing took care of literally everything dealing with my insurance, scheduling, all of it. It honestly felt like I didn?t have to do a thing and next thing I knew, my roof was replaced. They also made sure to explain what was going on so I actually understood the whole process, which I really appreciated. If another storm ever rolls through, I?ll be calling them again right away! Thank you Gavin for all of your hard work.

Danni the owner is a bet of sister. He signed a contract for a certain amount than was convinced to pay 1400$ more. I am ashamed I did and fell for it.

Danny and his crew were fantastic from the start. We had a large project including removing and replacing a large tile roof. Window replacement, Stucco repair, deck repair and the entire house painted. Danny organized everything! If we could give him 10 stars we would. Take the headache out of finding a roofer and hire Global Roofing! Our roof was damaged by hail and our insurance company only wanted to repair the roof. Danny negotiated with our insurance company and eventually got the okay for as new roof!

I was so glad I chose Global Roofing for my motherâ s new roof! Roofing jobs are not easy and there are always complications. My elderly mom had been wrestling with the insurance company for quite a long time and was not getting anywhere. We had a meeting with Daniel and Aaron who were very reassuring and helpful in explaining the entire process from the insurance company to the type of construction and materials. They were able to negotiate with the insurance company and get the job started promptly. During the construction I was updated on progress especially their solutions to challenges left by the original construction. Although the process was not without its issues I felt comfortable in how it was being handled. My mom was so excited when it was all complete. Given the opportunity I would chose Global Roofing again.

Success with a Replacement Roof: No Accident Second Time!!! When re-roofing success occurs two years in row (2016 & 2017), this rather positive endorsement should not be taken lightly for Global Roofing. 1. The 2016 installation was totally on my dime because I had a 20 year shake roof that was not longer qualified for hail damage as covered by my $4,700 deductible home owners insurance! 2. The bid from my current home owners insurance company, Safeco gave a low-balled bid because they assumed the insulation underneath my asphalt shingles was only of average quality, etc. But through persistent negotiations via detailed records of installing superior materials in the 2016 installation, Global Roofing was able to increase the original Safeco bid by another $8,000+ without me having to do even a single phone call. Believe me, that is a V.I.P. Service with a Smile when the experts, Global Roofing, did all the negotiations for me resulting with such financial success that was painless and very helpful to replace my roofing, gutter, skylight windows, aluminum sliding, hot tub cover and wood staining damages with equal or better replacement materials. 3. My previous review in June 2016 in Yelp was given a sterling 5+ star rating with my Presidential asphalt shingles being the role model for the neighborhood. Note: Global Roofing is a certified installer for this prestigious Presidential shingle giving me a full 50 year warranty. But this year, they even exceeded my expectations through superior service by installing single piece gutters to guarantee that I would have no more leaky gutters like I have had for the past several years! 4. I don't believe last year I made mention in my recommendation on Yelp that Global Roofing allowed me to do a credit card transaction without surcharge fees so I could earn frequent flyer miles. Again, they did this for me again without me even asking for it to eliminate all 2+% surcharge credit card transactions which is standard in the industry. Since I travel internationally, I do use frequent flyer miles regularly for many such trips which is warmly appreciated by my wife and I. 5. Be aware that Global Roofing can handle most all of the aspects of hail damage repairs without jobbing out at all is incredibly important and maximizes how our reimbursement dollars can be best utilized from the insurance company. For example, staining our hot tub pavilion, replacing the siding at the electrical meter box and billing the replaced hot tub cover through my spa service at my true replacement cost so that all billing goes through their company without any additional charges which helps to keep the costs lower. Because whenever one company jobs out for other services, you are paying indirectly paying for a service charge even if you aren't notified directly by the roofing company. By only having to deal with only one company, Global Roofing, accomplished all repairs in a more timely manner. For examp
