i feel they did a good repair the reason i gave them 4 stars and not 5 stars i thnk the price was more then the job was worth 800.00 dollars was alot for 10 minutes work but they fixed it well

Within 1 minute of submitting my request I was on the phone with Kevin. He arrived at my house within 20minutes. He explained the situation and gave me a flat rate quote. Ten minutes after the problem was fixed. It was a simple job. Both Kevin and his son were extremely nice and helpful. They offered other helpful tips and cleared out a clogged bathtub at no additional charge. I would definitely use again.

Wow. Literally 15 seconds after clicking to submit the job on service magic I am on the phone with them. 20 minutes after I've hung up they are here working for a completely flat rate quoted up front with the promise that they won't charge me if they can't solve the problem. 90 minutes after submitting the job on service magic, they are paid and gone, having solved a problem that stumped one other plumber as well as a guy from roto rooter. I really don't see how this could have gone better, it went perfect. I've worked with a lot of plumbers and have never had a better experience.

Global Sewer and drain was excellent. They not only corrected my immediate problem, but also corrected an issue I was having for years in the process. Called to clear a slow drain.........said work would be 1-2 hours or more so we opted for the flat rate repair option; the work he performed actually only lasted 10-15 minutes; we felt cheated in the end. Worst of all, the drainage was only slightly improved and was back to a slow drain after a couple days.

"there problem needed replacing of a tub drain overflow trap and stopper which the wall behind the shower needed to be removed because the drain stopper was blocking the flow of the water going down the drain was locked in place would not come out which would have cost them from start to finish aprox $ 450 00 to replace it and they didnt want to go for that so they choose to just snake it out to free up the standing water only . there nice people but thats what they needed to be done sorry but"

Kevin phoned me within 5 minutes of my putting in the request on Service Magic. He discussed the issue and promised to be over within an hour, which he did. Checking out the situation he gave me the estimate, worked with me on the price (times are tough right now) and got down to work. The clogged sewer was a bear and it took him nearly 3 hours. I am SO happy to say that my drains are running well. He'll be back to do some work in the future and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.

They did an excellent job and gave me a fair price. Both Kevin and his son were extremely friendly and professional. Kevin explained what they were going to do and gave me advice on how to prevent my problem in the future without using nasty chemicals. He also gave me suggestions on how I could fix another plumbing issue I had myself, which saved me additional expenses. I highly recommend them.

Kevin came the day after I spoke to him about the low water pressure and slow draining in one of our bathrooms. He arrived early and resolved all issues in a timely manner. He also provided information on how to keep the drains clear of clogs using common household items instead of buying Draino or other commerical products. He was professional and informative and his price was reasonable. I would recommend him to others without hesitation.

Kevin and his son did a great job. Other competitors said they could be over in a day or two, but Kevin came over that night, after business hours and worked until 8:30 pm to make sure the job was done before they left. I told him what I was previously quoted for the job and he beat that price. My house is 55 years old and in need of some pipe replacement, so when I decide to get that done... I will be calling Global Sewer and Drain Service. Great Job!

Professional, reliable, quick, respectful. Kevin Smith called me bright and early 7AM... were at my house within 30 minutes, explained my options, answered all my questions DIRECTLY with actual $ qoutes for each option. They even helped me clean up the basement mess. Nice Father-Son business. I had a second provider coming to give an etimate, which they told me they not only didn't mind, but expected it.
