Came out and determined there was a raccoon entering the attic. Was able to seal up the attic with heavy wire mesh once he was sure the raccoon was out. No problems since.

The rodent ( mice) job appears to be done! A follow up visit as was agreed to has not taken place yet 3 weeks later. Several phone calls left on voicemail have not been returned. It is a one man business which may explain this. Taken the above into account the charge for the job may seem a bit high!

Globe & Anchor Pest Control is locally owned and operated by a retired US Marine. He has a small crew of technicians. His professionalism, courtesy and timeliness are impeccable! Though I have not had the opportunity to see/experience their work, based on the 90+ minute termite inspection and survey, Herley (owner) shows he is well educated, diligent and takes no short-cuts. When it came time to discuss the cost for termite protection for my house, Herley offers a deep military discount (I am retired USAF) and we sealed the deal. HIGHLY Recommended.

I called to remove ants in my master bathroom. I had previously left out bait for ants all over and the ants would come out each week. For 2 months, it seemed each week there'd be a new colony. 1-2 days of ants furiously eating bait, 3-5 days of nothing, then another 1-2 days... etc. Globe and Anchor came out and sprayed some stuff around the bathroom and house and for ~2 weeks it was a continual ant massacre. Now, they're gone.

The first 6 months were great. Called and was able to schedule appointments. Now it is all automated and emails. Only get voicemail to leave message and no one calls you back.

The job was done but I think it was a little too expensive.
