Jim put pavers in my patio with 3 sets of stairs. The bricks on the stairs were not glued properly and came lose, as did some of the pavers. He put in a very cheap, poor quality drainage that does not work. The picture shows the drainage and the elevation difference between the drain and the top of the stairs. There is a 3/4" difference. A family member tripped on this and it was a nasty fall. When I sent a note to Jim, he just blew it off as my problem The crew workmanship was somewhat reasonable, but dealing with Jim was worse than exhausting. If you owe him money, he is your best friend, Johnny on the spot. When you pay him off and require followup to fix the screw ups, everything is your fault. I would not hire him again in any circumstance.
