Jason first appeared on time to perform a through inspection of the work I inquired about, and took photos and videos of the chimney portion of the job I could not see from the ground. He verbally went over his findings and recommendations in detail while on site and in a day I had a very professionally written and detailed estimate with clear work details and an exact price. No pressure to close. Told me to take my time and ask all the questions I wanted to. Jason and his assistant Mario then did the job exactly as promised on time and on budget. He explained everything he was doing and again took photos and videos of what I could not see. He explained things as he went along and gave me all the time I needed. In some cases did more than he was required to do. Jason is as personable as he is professional. He made my wife and I very comfortable and confident. GM1 is stocked with good people as well as good artisans. I really could not recommend them any higher.

Jason and his associate arrived on time and completed the work for the agreed price of $250. He did a thorough job removing the old, loose mortar from the firebox walls and applying fresh mortar, and he also added insulation at the top of the firebox as promised. Overall, Jason was punctual, professional, and pleasant to work with.

GM Construction did everything from replacing the roof on my shed to reinforcing a 20 yr old fence. I really appreciate it.
