Easy to work with

Retaining wall replaced with versa lock - expertly done at a cost less than other estimates. No issues after cold winter, heavy rainsâ ¦. Canâ t say enough positive stuff about them & their work!

Quickly contacted me and within a few days came back and completed the work. On time to complete the work on my chimney and I was very pleased with the results and the price. Now I can proceed with having my roof completed. I would hire them again for any masonry work. Thank you!

Did what they said they would do and did it well

Initial discussion with contractor went well and they were responsive to inquiry from Angies List and provided a quote over the phone and scheduled the appointment. The contractor showed up on time to start the work and did a pretty good job keeping a clean workspace and clean up. I was very disappointed though upon the completion of the work in which they removed a 8in wide window and replaced it with a 4in wide glass block which left a 4in wide gap of exposed concrete foundation between the finished drywall and new window. Also while removing the old window the contractor damaged the drywall in the basement to which they replied that I could hire someone else to cover up the new 4in gap of exposed foundation and damaged drywall. The window work was good but I did not expect that I would then have additional repair work to perform after the contractor was done.

Overall, Scott and his crew did a great job on our very long retaining wall. It was not an easy project, but we were pleased on how organized and professional they were. I would gladly recommend Scott to anyone needing this type of work done. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that it hasn't rained yet since they finished ... so we haven't seen it in action yet !!

Great job by Scott and crew. Matched our chimney brick perfectly. Worked fast and very clean. I would recommend to anyone in need of chimney work and I will be calling Scott to discuss a glass block window this summer.

Scott is responsive, professional, and did a great job rebuilding our chimney. He did a very good job working with us to match the chimney bricks to our brick house. He was willing to assess and address our questions about the roof such as when he was out to look at chimney we had questions about a small leak in our sunroom. He caulked around the seam in the roof while he was on the roof anyway he said. He came during the winter to do a temporary repair where the chimney was leaking which held until he was able to rebuild the chimney in the spring. His willingness to work on other areas and charged a nominal fee for these were very much appreciated. He cleaned up the area thoroughly as he worked and after the job was complete... He does great work. Scott was professional, friendly, and did a thorough job cleaning our chimneys. He even showed us how to work our gas fireplace as we just bought the home recently. He showed us photos of his findings on the chimney of future work needed but he was not pushy about hiring him. I would hire him again.

From the time Scott came to bid the job to brick over 2 windows for us, he was very professional, he showed up on time and worked very efficiently. Job was completed in 2 days and looks awesome. Scott responded quickly to my request for a bid as well as with his estimate for the work. He made great suggestions to enhance the appearance of my project.
