Foreclosed homes that are vacant for periods of time can have bacteria growing too besides mold. Not to get as much out of the customer but the more tests you have done you get a better idea of what is going on in your home or business. Not just mold but brown and white rot can affect the wood structural strength of building, causing decay of wood and lots to look for. Air quality should be better than the outside air, HEPA 7 filter and good air circulation combined with low humidity prevents condensation on windows, walls, lowers particulates in the air by filtering.

"MY supplier did not send out test kits as soon as they were suppose to and that pushed 3 tests back. I talked to this customer several times about her results and gave her the best answers I knew. I told her the best thing to do is get rid of what ever is causing the pollution and was contacting the manufacturer. Talked with her and emailed her also and she wanted results right now and I tried to find out what she could do about her formaldehyde and I could not get any straight answers other than get rid of what is causing the issue and I told her that too."
