Willie and his men were super professional and always kept in contact with me about any changes or updates. The gentleman willie sent to install my tv into masonry stone & shawn i believe was his name was punctual and a pleasure to talk to and joke with. He definitely put my mind at ease for this project and explained things I didnt know about this type of project. I'll definitely be recommending this company for any installs to my friends.

Write down exactly what is to be done. Because when they arrived the guy acted as if he had amnesia. When pulling the wire through to my router. He cut the wire about two feet short. Router barely on my desk. Owner impatient rude I had to ask him what are you yelling about.
