The work that they did was ok, but I realized after they were gone that the groutwork in the bathroom didn't address a chip repair that had been in the estimate (I had forgotten about it and didn't remind them as a result) and that the grout updating in the shower was less than complete. I did not feel like calling them back, but not because they were dishonorable. I imagine they would have returned to complete the work had I asked. Perfectly nice people.

Wes and Mac were incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They came to the house twice, spending almost an hour each time, to test the cleaning first. Because of the age of the tile and other issues, we all agreed that cleaning it might make it worse. To do it correctly would involve much more than cleaning and would be very costly. They refused to be compensated for their time. It's rare that you find a service company so ethical and customer-oriented. I recommend them highly

They are very good. I was about to re-do my tile, and they came in and made them look brand new. They treat you like family. They are very good people.
