I hired GoForeverGreen to install turf in my front yard. The installation date was Nov. 1, 2023. I was very dissatisfied with the visible seems and patchwork appearance. When it came to making the final payment, I told them I was not pleased. I was told not to worry as the project was guaranteed satisfaction and they would come back and fix it. Against my better judgement, I paid in full. After 8 attempts to get them to call me back with an appointment to come back and address my concerns, I have had absolutely no response from the company other than one text saying they were busy and a manager would call me back that day to make an appointment. It is now 1 month later and no one has bothered to call back to address my concerns. I am being totally ghosted. I am at my whits end trying to get this job resolved. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! NEVER PAY FULL PAYMENT UNTIL YOU ARE HAPPY! They couldn't care less about customer satisfaction. Updated 10/09/2024 As far as your reply today that you are â sorryâ and would like me to â reach outâ so you can resolve, you OBVIOUSLY did not read my post! I tried SEVERAL times to reach out and no one bothered to call me back, thus I left the review. 10/09/2024 It has been almost 1 year and NOW you leave an apology post on Google?!?!?! If you want to resolve this, CALL ME or come by the house and fix it! So incredibly disingenuous! BTW, contact Who!? Where!? The product selection was exactly as I had chosen but what awed me the most was the exceptional care I received both from the project manager, Yvette, and the work team, for the instillation. The attentive customer service as well as the look of the finished product is IMPRESSIVE. This company came as a referral from friends who wowed us with their backyard instillation. I am very glad I used Go Forever Green and certainly would not hesitate to recommended them to others.

Artificial Grass color faded. All attempts to get service were ignored. Claim on warranty was ignored. I had to sue them to get my money back. Stray away from these people.

SHODDY INSTALL - YARD AND PATIO NOW FLOOD I hired GoForeverGreen to install artificial turf in my backyard in December 2022. The salesperson Bill Martin visited my property several times before install, and we discussed the installation plan in detail. I was told the crew would use marking spray to map our the instalation area, and I would be able to approve before they started digging. The crew arrived, and not one person had paint, nor did anyone speak English. They began installing borders without measureing or spraying he template. I had to use my own spray and measuring tape to show them how crooked their straight lines were. The crew raised the grade of my yard by several inches, sloping the turf back towards the patio and house. I pointed this out, and spoke on the phone to the main office throughout, explaining how drastically the grade of my yard was changed, and flooding would be an issue. The project manager said they would return to correct the install, but after nearly 5 months and dozens of calls, photos, videos, and emails, the company refuses to return and finish the job. $1K in damage was done to my vinyl fence, the edging was installed above grade rather than buried and is failing. The first big rain of the season was today, and my yard, patio, & gazebo were under inches of water due to the altered grade. Damage to my outdoor rugs, furniture,etc, WORST COMPANY I COULD HAVE POSSIBLY CHOSEN.

I couldnâ t be happier with our decision to have Go Forever Green revitalize our back yard. The professional presentation by Jamie, the Synthetic Grass Expert, and the follow-up by the owner, Anthony was very impressive. They answered all my questions to my absolute satisfaction, and pointed out important things to keep in mind before making a decision. The office staff did exactly what Jamie had promised, and they had our installation scheduled without a problem. When the installation guys, Antonio & Daniel completed the installation, I felt like a kid in a candy storeâ ¦ I keep standing outside, admiring the workmanship. They left my property in a neat & clean condition. (THANK GOODNESS) I would HIGHLY recommend Go Forever Green for your project.

fantastic job, great quality -- this was a complete transformation of a small strip of our backyard into a fenced "dog-run": now we wished we had our entire property looking as spectacular as the dog's area!

They were a few hours late to arrive but did the work professionally and quickly. Looks great, very happy with end result.

This company came in and installed synthetic around my pool and side yards. They were professinal, prepared the area with 4 to 5 inches of road base and compacted well. Excellent job, quick service time, and my new turf looks great. Highly recommend them. They also have a great warranty.

Installed a 700 square foot dog run with 3" of underlayment, and K9 Turf, with Zeofill and Silica Sand. All things went well except that I had a multitude of black beetles and a yard full of biting insects of an unknown variety, The veterinarian nor a bug exterminator could tell me what bug it was. I had never had bugs or beetles until this turf and underlayment was put in. GFG claimed it could not be from their products or supplies. After 4 weeks of trying all types of extermination products, I finally got rid of the infestation with Black Flag. So far so good after 2 weeks.

Hired this crew for my mother’s house. They really did a great job on her pool area! I recommend!

The salesman was really great. He said he would let us know if the company could move up intall date and they did. The installation crew was the best. Then foreman was incredible. Very polite and very hardworking. All the men did a great job. Side yard looks beautiful.

I rated value at 4.5 because now comes the true test, especially with a 10 year warranty. As of present it looks magnificent. I have people stopping to take pics and even knocking on my door wanting to know more of my choice to go (synthetic) green. The guys did a remarkable job installing. I am extremely pleased with this product and the company.

The company did a thorough job of preparing the ground and applying the fine sharp gravel. Always beautiful without mowing, edging, fertilizing or use of chemicals. Durability is yet to be determined.

Installation was in a small area, very pleased with the job. Very neat workmanship. Jason (project mgr.) communicated easily with me . Yvette (in sales) explained the process and answered all my questions. She was very easy to work with us. Love my new lawn. Will recommend this company.

Friendly. Installed small area, but difficult space. We have already recommended our friends to this contractor, we were so pleased.

We had a specific drainage issue. We were assured over and over again that they have fixed many drainage problems. We were also assured that the workers come prepared with everything on their truck. We were told the workers were shown a power point presentation on what needed to be done. When they got there, they had no idea what drainage issue had to be addressed. They did not have what they needed with them and one of the workers had to leave to buy what was needed at the local store, which the store did not carry. The drainage issue was not fixed properly, and water still leaks out all over the area.
