Go-Forth Pest Control

Today was the first time William serviced my Warrenton property for bug and insect control. He wa personable, gave extra attention to a few trouble areas, and did an overall excellent job. I highly recommend Go-Forth and especially service provided by William. A+

During quarterly BASIC pest control service, the technician suppose clean around the house. But we found out a couple of times that was not the case. Also, we found roaches last two quarters inside the house. For the Termite Sentricon system, tried to cancel after one year, and the person on the call says, they will come and remove the baits from the stations, which is a rip-off, you have already paid for the system, WHY do they want to remove it from the station? Because I am canceling the service? If I remember correctly, the person who I signed up a contract with said that the Sentricon system is for me to keep it even though I cancel it after one year. So my expectation was they will leave everything AS IS.

Have been using this company since finding them an Angi (over 4 years now I think), would highly recommend them.

The first treatment shows good results not seeing as many bugs now I gotta get 4 more treatments sn I should be great. They even convince the complex to exterminate the hole apartment unit

We had been fighting ants all summer. Just when we thought we had them defeated they would show up again. Nick came by to give us an estimate, I hired him on the spot, he did the job while we was here and I haven't seen an ant since. We are very pleased.

If you get a tech you like, you can request them. In the sales call, they tell you they can come more than once a month if needed, but the scheduler does not agree. You can push them on this discrepancy and they will relent. Techs have always been very polite. They email you about which day they will come so watch for it. You have to call them back to get a more specific time. They have room for improvement.

Both of the technicians that came to my house for services were very professional and knowledgeable. The individuals clearly communicated information to me regarding the concerns that I expressed. I would highly recommend this company. They arrived when scheduled and completed the work as planned.

First, they gave me an appointment time and the technician was there precisely on the designated time. He was very courteous with impeccable customer service skills.

It was a satisfying experience.

They were able to come the same day. We needed them to come back before the scheduled time, again the same day!

The wildlife guy named Doug was great. Michelle from customer service was very helpful!
