Very expensive and the job was just okay!

Carpets were not cleaned well at all.

Don;t believe the $19.95 per room advertising from anyone. Nobody tells you that carpet cleaning stairs are the most expensive part of the job. I was told to wait one hour to walk on my carpet at 14:45. By midnight my carpets were still very wet, in spite of central and window air conditioning, space and ceiling fans, and a dehumidifier. They broke a drinking glass in my bathroom and never told me! I was left to find the pieces at midnight, when i walked up the stairs on the still wet carpet. How rude! Very expensive job too. Not happy.

Took them 1 hour to clean a 3200 sq ft house with 2/3 carpet and charged $360 after originally quoted $475.

This company was by far the the most unprofessional . My carpets looked just as dirty when he was finished . I can t believe he s on your list.

Ray is a gentleman, a man of his word. He provides excellent and professional service. (Carpet looks good too!)

Dont hire this company they take your money and dont do the job right.

Didnt do a good job! i had to call them again. They charged so much money and didnt do anything. I was also given 2 year pricing. Trust me they will never get my call back. Rude owner!

WOW! I have never had to leave a bad review before, but, here we are.... If you are looking to be swindled, get these guys to do your carpets. I was told there was a $19.99/room special going. I have 4 rooms. So, $80.00 right? Well, maybe a little more the guy says, so I say $100? He says Maybe $125. Yeah, try $405...... Ryan was there maybe a half an hour, with a Harry Homeowner rented machine and a spray bottle of a fragrance so strong it made you cough. The closest he got to the walls was about 6 inches from the base boards. He left debris EVERYWHERE on the carpets because they do not vacuum. Most of the dirt on the carpet did not come out and I was told that was because of lots of wear and tear. LOL Uhm, I have had those carpets a year and live alone.. if I was hosting rodeos indoors I could understand, but, essentially he just did a terrible job. I was going to have them do 2 projects for me, but, I cancelled the second because this was such a con job. Beware!!

Ryan couldn't come on the scheduled day but he made it up to me, came in the next day and did an amazing job.

These guys arrived on time. These are no nonsense guys, very professional with very good consumer service. They did an excellent job in about 40 minutes. Highly recommend!

DID not want to do the JOB for what I could Afford [ 1 living Room ,1 12, foot long Hall [ living room 12 by14 feet ,Hall 3 foot wide 12 feet long they were wanting close to $300.00 Dollars I offer $ 150.0 they did the JOB " they don't TRUST the costumer, " NO CHECKS " only CASH OR CREDIT CARD WITH a lot of PROOF of who you are I won't be calling on them Again . thank you Donald W.

Very good

The company was very quick in responding for next day service. They were very kind but the price was double the original quote. While some areas were soiled due to furniture being in the same spot for years, I still feel it was an overcharge, especially considering they didn't get the spots out. They did a fine job and it met our needs in a very timely manner.
