Spray Foam Insulation Installation
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.
I hired Karl to apply spray foam to the underside of my house. I was concerned with the product sticking to the surface due to its condition. Karl assured me that I had nothing to worry about, his experienced installers would get it done no problem. After his guys started, the foam started falling down and they realized that it in fact WAS NOT adhering properly. The installers stopped.
Instead of apologizing or offering solutions on how to resolve this issue, Karl started blaming me, my crawlspace, and demanding payment for what he had done so far.
He is one of the most unprofessional, unqualified contractors that I have ever worked with.
Out of everyone involved (myself, Karl, and his installers) I was the only one to crawl under my house with a moisture meter, a laser temperature gun, and a humidity meter to actually measure the environment at the time of install. I also called the manufacturer of the product and they 100% contradicted what Karl had told m
