Go Green Services, LLC

I don't recommend this company. They do not perform in a timely manner or according to the actual contract. I had to chase them constantly and go as far as having the owner served in order to get the work completed. There were several items that were not completed according to the contract as well as work that was not done well. I had to repeatedly point out substandard work and have it corrected.

Mike and his crew were awesome to work with, I had a tree fall on my fence, and they came out and cut the tree and replaced 2 sections of fence, the work was all completed in one day. I will definitely use them again

Hired them to install a second sump pump. The salesman messed up the order and the workers pulled out my working system and replaced with a nearly identical system. Terrible job. Left a mess. Customer hostile after screwing up. Happy to send pictures to anyone interested. Also, emailed me an infected file.

Great price, poor quality, and worse follow up service. Had 3 bathrooms remodeled on the factory floor. FRP boards coming unglued from walls. Floor paint coming up, already repainted once. One partition fell off wall after 4 months. Exhaust fan replaced 3 times, been trying for over a month to get it replaced again as it only lasts a week before sounding like a helicopter. The partition spacing was so large they had to add filler strips to the doors. I would not recommend using this company. For a time reference the bathrooms were done 7 months ago.

Stay away. Julio Santana and his team oversold their capabilities, delayed our project while trying to charge us more money and failed to even come close to fulfilling his promises and contract. His deceit cost our family thousands of dollars and put us in serious financial distress. After dealing with this company for nearly 8 months trying to get our project finished, that was supposed to take 6 weeks, I can say in our experience Julio and Go Green Services have been excessively dishonest, disrespectful and with complete disregard and lack of care for the problems they admittedly caused us. We do not recommend hiring this company. We trusted the positive online reviews when hiring Go Green, we now know better. Be sure to call the RI Contractor's Registration and Licensing Board and ask about the contractor you are looking to hire to be safe and protect your investment. They will be able to tell you if their have been any past violations, which you will find Go Green Services has. Do more research, get a real referral from someone you know and trust.

Any issues were all addres and fixed. They explained everything to me. The finally product looks great just need one more piece of the puzzle (which was not part of my deal to be done). If u want quality work, that is clean at the end. Give them a call

I don't enjoy posting negative reviews on here, but I have to warn other HomeAdvisor users about this company. I was going to hire them to install a new garden window in my kitchen, and the entire project was an absolute mess. While it started off positive with a quote, a measurement and a deposit, I then never heard from this company again for 2 months. I was told at one point that my window was being ordered, only to recently find out that it in fact was not. This would have been ok with me had they proactively told me this information, said they were going to take care of it, etc., but instead I had to find out because I was checking in on my project and they happen to find my file. Needless to say, I immediately lost trust in them from here on out. I have asked for my deposit back and am waiting for it, but in the meantime also asked them to email the dimensions of my window so that I can at least save time with the next person I hire to help with this project. I have yet to receive that information, and am overall disgusted by this company. Home owners beware.

I had this company remodel my bathroom (new tile, new toilet, new sink/vanity) and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and the project was completed on budget, on time. They were awesome!

The project was a disaster at the beginning due to the inability of the foreman to manage the project. What should have taken 3-4 days stretched to 8 days. They replaced the Forman and the balance of the job went smoothly.

The team at Go Green Services provided a very high level of customer service and genuinely care about there customers satisfaction. I was very impressed with the level of communication between the team and myself. They keep me update on the project and offered suggestions and solutions to issues that came about during project. The project came within budget and the work was excellent. I love the way the outside of my house looks with the new decking and doors. I would highly recommend Go Green Services and would hire them again in a second.

Very friendly and punctual. Professionalism/Knowledge is outstanding. They helped me move additional items throughout my house which was a HUGE help. I plan on using them for all my household upgrades in the future

These guys were great. The quality of work was outstanding. They were very responsive and great to work with. I can't say how pleased we are with the final product.

This company is AWESOME. Once we get settled my husband and I will be contacting them for multiple area of work for our new home. Service was excellent!!!!! Highly recommend to family and friends and neighbors. Thanks again guys :-)
