I had this work done as a result of a home inspection. I was satisfied with the work and results. However on re-inspection, they still found places not completely covered. I also had them do my garage in my new home. After hearing the issues about the home I was selling, I inspected the work at the new home again. And also found some places not as thick as I expected. Good workers, on time, but should have put in a bit more insulation in places. I would use them again and just verify results better.

Superior customer service from initial phone call, to estimate by David on 6/5, to installation by David and Marty on 6/10. The gentlemen were prompt on arrival, worked extremely hard during uncontrollable weather circumstances, courteous, very neat in appearance, and truly a pleasure to work with. Pictures were taken to show me the reflective insulation, and the progress that was made throughout the day. The crew cleaned up all areas that they worked in and informed me of any findings of air leaks in the ductwork. I highly recommend Go Green Sweet Innovations and would certainly hire them again for future projects.

David West came by the morning following contact. He evaluated the problem and they actually were able to get the job done the same day! David and his son worked efficiently and were very thoughtful even about the clean up afterwards. He is very knowledgeable and explains what needs to be done and why. I would hire him again in the future.

Mr. David West offered the radiant reflective insulation that fitted to our roof-attic with the best price and best workmanship. Two gentlemen David & Marty worked straight 14 hours to install the radiant insulation through the house and cellulose batt insulation in the additional room. they showed late, overcharged for duct work, left blown-in old insulation on my front yard and is still there and its been 2 months since they completed the job. David west said one thing after another that he will remove it, no such thing. i will end up removing it since they already been paid and not returning any communications to me. i will never use or recommend this company again..Also they broke my attic access and ceiling fixture and never repaired. horrible service..

"I am looking at this responce now, it is april of 2016. At the time we left job we did not know any of this stuff,. We left everything in good condition. The customer waited months to call us to tell us there where problems. I am sorry but if something is broke, you need to show us at the time of the install when we are there, not months later"

David West showed up on time to give the initial estimate. He and his team of 2 came to do the work on time and all had pleasant personalities. They did great work and also followed up by emailing color photos of the areas in the attic that were repaired. David was very informative about his knowledge of home insulation and gave a fair price for the tough job of pulling back rolled fiberglass insulation from the edges surrounding my attic in order for air to flow freely. Job well done!

A bunch of broken promises. Showed up late the first morning, then when they did show up they did not have any tools to do the job. So delayed another day. Finally showed up the second day, once again late and finished about 50% of the job. It took till day 8 till they came back to do any more work. Was told the work was complete so I wrote a check for the remaining balance. Check was cashed immediately. However after I went into the attic to inspect work I realized the work had not been completed. Called to let them know and was told they would be back on day 9 to fix it. Day 9 no one showed up or called. Day 10 I called to ask when they were going to be back to finish the job, was told they would be back on day 11. Day 11 comes and goes with no show or a call. Day 12 I called the owner to ask what the problem was, he told me he thought the job had been finished in which I said "NO". Someone would be out that day to finish the job. Well finally on day 12 of a 1 or 2 day job someone showed up to complete the job. Lack of communication between owner and employee made this a very bad experience. Also was told photos would be emailed to me to keep for my records, once again another broken promise. Never got any photos. Do yourself a favor and go with a better known reputable company that actually does what they say they are going to do.

"I am very sorry this customer had a bad experience. This was an unusually situation. I am the owner , [Consumer name withheld at their request], and my husband was in the hospital with a heart attack . Unfortunately the heart attack and quadruple bypass along with compications kept him in the hospital for three weeks. We were relying on our crew to do the right thing, which we found out they did not and that installer has since been fired. We are usually hands on every job but do to these circumstances we where not on the job. Thank God , he is out of the hospital and doing good, and he will have his hands on all jobs along with myself. I will make sure an apology letter goes out to the customer . We have a good reputation and have been doing this for years and our customers are usually very happy when we leave the job, and most call us back in the first month to tell us they see the dfference and are saving money already."
